Blackberry & White Zinfandel Jelly

The sparkly sweetness of White Zinfandel infused with the robust tartness of blackberries creates a light and fruity wine jelly that just begs for spooning over cheesecake or ice cream. Mix it with cream cheese and serve with crackers.  Glaze pork chops or chicken breasts with it.  Eat it straight out  of the jar!
