Mango Jalapeno Preserves

Mango Jalapeno Preserves are a fusion of the sweetness of ripe luscious mangos and the spiciness of the jalapenos tempered with the tang of apple cider vinegar. Use it as a glaze on chicken, pork, or fish. Spread it on grilled bread with prosciutto. Or as a topping on really good chili dogs.
