Almost Ready!

Today is the last day in the kitchen before opening the shop for online sales. I am tired, thrilled, scared, and excited all at the same time! Today is pepper jelly day. Which means that I will be creating a jalapeno cloud at Peculiar Preserves, which is also why I am making pepper jelly on a Sunday, since Lowe Mill is closed to the public. Though I would just put up a couple of ‘action’ shots of jam making.
