Herb de Provence White Wine Jelly

We are going to highlight the Herb de Provence White Wine Jelly in this post. This jelly is slightly sweet, but not cloyingly so. The Herb de Provence flavors ( rosemary, thyme, sweet basil, savory ,tarragon, and lavender in the blend that we use) make a flavorful and aromatic jelly that when brushed over roasting chicken or used to deglaze a pan brings a unexciting Tuesday night dinner into the realm of OMG yumminess.

Other ways to use this savory jelly include putting it on a charcuterie board, spreading it on the bread for a turkey or ham sandwich , or putting a dollop on a good cracker.
