We have always read about rose petal jam and lavender jelly. Those flavors have seemed so delicate and romantic. We decide to find out for ourselves! We now have created recipes for Lavender Jelly and its sister, Lemon Lavender Jelly. These jellies tastes exactly like they smell and are delicate enough for a light and fluffy biscuit, but have enough character to stand up to butter and toasted bread.
